JYP's New Girl Group NMIXX Debut Date Confirmed

JYP Entertainment's new girl group, NMIXX, has finally been given an official debut date and a name for their first single.

The seven-member girl group is set to release their debut single, "AD MARE", at 18:00 on Tuesday, 22 February.

The highly-anticipated girl group was first announced last year, using the name JYPn until their official group name was announced.

So, who are the girls of NMIXX?

Nineteen-year-old Korean-Australian singer Lily was born in Marysville, Australia, who came fourth in the fourth season of "K-pop Star". She was originally meant to debut with Itzy, and has trained for six and a half years.

Eighteen-year-old Haewon was born in Incheon. She has been training for more than four years, and speaks both Korean and English.

Eighteen-year-old Sullyoon was born in Daejeon, and was cast through a private audition back in 2020. She is a former Woollim Entertainment trainee who passed the auditions for SM, YG, Fantagio, and TS Entertainment.

Seventeen-year-old Jinni comes from the hometown of Busan, and joined JYP Entertainment five years ago. She has previously appeared in Nichkhun from 2PM's "Lucky Charm" music video.

Seventeen-year-old BAE was born in Yangsan, who appeared on the JYP Trainee Homecoming Showcase back in 2019. She joined JYP Entertainment three years ago, collects berets, and was a member of the dance club at her school.

Sixteen-year-old Jiwoo was born in Namyangju, and joined JYP Entertainment back in 2018. She was previously a student at DASTREET DANCE.

Fifteen-year-old maknae Kyujin was born in Bundang-gu and joined JYP Entertainment in 2018. She was a student with the Withbill Dance Academy.
