Kang Daniel has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a statement released by KONNECT entertainment: Daniel was first diagnosed as COVID positive on August 17 after taking a PCR test. The agency added that Daniel has received all three COVID-19 vaccinations and is asymptomatic.
Daniel was previously scheduled to participate in the "Summer Sonic 2022" concert in Japan but has since halted all activities.
In the beginning of August, Daniel held a press conference as well as his first solo concert in Seoul before, his agency says, he contracted the virus. During the promotional junket, Daniel mentioned future plans for a world tour.
