Europe’s largest K-pop festival, formerly known as KPOP.FLEX has announced the lineup for a one-night Kpop special in London taking place on the 20th of November 2022. The lineup will see performances from Kpop bands such as Winner, and Pentagon who will be performing their first ever live show in Europe. AB6IX, Younite, Viviz, Weeekly, Billlie, are also set to perform.
The announcement comes after the success of the first largest European Kpop festival held in Frankfurt, Germany this summer. The one-day festival was extended to a second day after demand grew with 44,000 tickets sold. Audiences of over 65,000 attended cementing the festival as a hit. The lineup saw performances from Enyhphen, Mamamoo, NCT Dream, and (G)IDle, to name a few.
Kpop Flex announced it will be returning in 2023 to Frankfurt Germany as the first stop taking place on the 17th and 18th of June at Deutsche Bank Park Stadium. The second stop makes its way to London for three exciting nights from the 22nd- 24th of September 2023, to be held at the iconic 02 venues. Alongside the 02, other locations on-site will host a range of activities for fans to immerse themselves in Korean culture.
In addition, London will also play host to the first ever KPOP FLEX awards Emerging artists, set to take place on September 23rd. “In recent years, K-Pop has taken the world by storm and so this is a huge milestone for us.” adding “We can’t wait to build on the success of previous hugely popular K-Pop performances at the venue, and welcome some of the world’s top K-Pop acts and their legions of fans to The O2 for a fantastic weekend festival event that will take over the full campus at The O2.”
