SM Entertainment’s artists TVXQ!, BOA, EXO’s XIUMIN and CHEN are going to perform lasting two-days festival ‘Be You 2: The World Will Care’ on December 8 at Mactan Newtown Open Grounds (Cebu) and December 9 at Smart Araneta Coliseum (Manila).
