NUM is an abbreviation for the word "numb" or to be dazed. The song is described as "A song about the confidence that I will make the people who looked down on me dumbfounded with my changed appearance."
A performance film was released the following day showing off is dance skills.
Seong Hyun-woo formerly of the group Limitless which debuted in 2019 and also appeared in Produce 101, Season 2, began is career under the name WOO earlier in 2023.
