Kep1er Releases First Full Album "Kep1going On"

Kep1er (Choi Yujin, Xiaoting, Mashiro, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, Huening Bahi, Seo Youngeun, Kang Yeseo) have released their first full-length album Kep1going On through various online music sites on June 3.

Kep1going On is Kepler's first full-length album in Korea and a new album released about 9 months after the 5th mini album "Magic Hour" released in September last year. Kepler and Keplian (official fandom name) commemorate the time they have spent together and offer something special to fans with the meaning of running toward their dreams.

The title song 'Shooting Star' is a synth-pop genre song with impressive rhythmic drums, emotional synth lines, and electric guitar, and contains the earnest feelings for Keplian. As an extension of Kepler's storytelling, represented by 'Planet' and 'Galileo', the dynamic development of the song and the delicate emotional lines that escalate towards the latter half show Kepler's further growth.

'Shooting Star' Music Video

The music video reveals the point choreography reminiscent of stars and light and some spectacular choreography that shows Kepler's unity. In addition, the addictive chorus captivates people's ears. Member Kim Dayeon attempted rap making for the first time through the title song 'Shooting Star', and Mashiro participated in writing lyrics for the b-side song 'Curious', adding meaning.

This album is attracting a lot of attention as it is the first and last full-length album released by Kepler as 9 members. Kepler, which was formed through Mnet's 'Girls Planet 999: Girls' Battle' in 2021, recently became the first Mnet project group to successfully renew its contract and will continue its activities as a seven-member group. In this activity, Kepler plans to use all the capabilities they has accumulated over the two years and six months since debut.
