Exo member Kim Minseok, also known as Xiumin, has finally landed in Manila as he kicks off his about-to-finish solo fancon, <X Times ()>, in Manila. He aims to find the ‘X’ as he showcases what’s in store.
On May 10, 2025, Filipino EXO-Ls/PHIXOs reunited with Xiumin at the New Frontier Theater after 8 months. The last time Xiumin went here was for Korea Travel Fiesta (Sept. 2024). That’s why fans are exhilarated to witness his first solo concert here in Manila.

The night was filled with the aroma of love as he serenaded the fans with his song “Daisy.” Greeting his fans with a giddy opening remark, “How are you? It’s my first time coming back here as a solo artist. Are you guys happy to be here? Mahal ko kayo.” The host promptly started to discuss the key points of ‘Who is X?’. Cheers roared as he asked, “Are you ready?”.
Xiumin explained that X Times is a magazine that focuses on talking about a very special person. New sides that have never been seen before. He was asked, ‘how does it feel to be here in the Philippines to meet your EXO-Ls?’ “First time to be in a fancon; I’ll be looking forward to this. It’s just the beginning, I think.”
He also teased, “Why not look forward to it like annually or every year?” which earned an eager response like ‘yes!’ ‘Bring the other members with you’ from the fans. He also said that, “Earlier, I was kind of sleepy. The opening song I hear the EXO-Ls are cheering for me, and now I'm fully recharged.”
Fans started to chant ‘Pogi! Pogi! Pogi!’ which means ‘Handsome’. Due to that, Xiumin exclaimed, ‘PoXiu! Pogi + Xiumin= PoXiu” which caused the audience to laugh heartily. The host even asked if he had a TMI for today, and he said, ‘Today, I ate Jollibee. If I’m going to score it, the hamburger is small, but the spaghetti and fries were 10/10.”
Moving forward to the main proper, which is called ‘Hot IXXUE.’ Xiumin is about to tackle 5 key points that will lead the fans to unveil X’s true identity. For the first ixxue, ‘X’ was chosen as the master of ( ). Fans had their different guesses, like ‘Aegyo,’ ‘Sexy,’ etc., which turn out to be X, a chosen master of cleaning. Xiumin said that he has a cleaning pattern, which fans laughed at due to its detailedness
For the second ixxue, ‘X who sang ( ) passes a massive audition with odds of 90,326 to 1!’ ‘Actually, a lot of songs that X sang during his audition. Do any of you know?’ Xiumin sang his audition piece, Footsteps. Third IXXUE, ‘X who came back across 400 years. ( )?’ Heo Gyun (Xiumin’s role in Heo’s Diner) appeared.

He even added that the filming was already finished early last year, and it took a year to release that’s why he kind of forgot about it but after seeing the Hanbok (Korean traditional attire), all of their hardships and challenges while filming suddenly came back. Fourth IXXUE, ‘X selected as model for ( ) commercial! Presents CM song..” He performed the trending TikTok ‘Chicken Banana’ which earned coos from the fans because of his cuteness.
Lastly, ‘X whose wishes come true after stacking ( ). Hot News!’ (Historically, stone towers holds various meaning across cultures. This tradition has continued as a light act of praying for good luck, health, and happiness.)
In this, Xiumin must finish stacking ten stones in 10 seconds, which he succeeded on the 2ndtry. The show proceeded, and Xiumin performed the rest of his songs. Xiumin showed his sexy and manly side by performing Feedback, Can’t Help Myself, and Lost Paradise.
In light of the show's imminent conclusion, Xiumin granted EXO-L's request. He performed the well-known "Love Shot," which leaves fans enthralled and in awe, as well as danced Cream Soda and sang a little bit of Baby Don't Cry.
To commemorate the amazing and energy-filled concert, photo ops is a must. Before performing his last song, he promised the fans that he’d be back. Fans hopefully wished that he’ll come back together with the other members, and they will patiently wait for it to happen. Through this, <X times ( )> in Manila has finally ended, and we can’t wait for what’s ahead in the future.
