What do high-energy performances and fast breaks have in common? ENHYPEN and the NBA are about to show us.

The seven-member K-pop group—JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, and NI-KI—is officially joining Friends of the NBA, a celebrity and influencer program spotlighting stars across Asia-Pacific who love the game.

This isn't just about appearances. It's a multiyear collaboration between the NBA and BELIFT LAB (under HYBE) that will bring ENHYPEN into the world of basketball in a big way.

📣 Why ENHYPEN?

The NBA has been building bridges with K-pop for a while; SUGA of BTS became an NBA Ambassador in 2023, and LE SSERAFIM joined Friends of the NBA in 2024. ENHYPEN’s love for basketball and massive international fanbase made them a natural pick for the next wave.

“We are thrilled to be teaming up with the NBA,” ENHYPEN shared. “We look forward to creating unique experiences with NBA fans around the world in new and exciting ways, even beyond the stage.”

🎬 Sports Meets Entertainment

This partnership is more than a cool collab—it’s a reflection of how sports and pop culture are increasingly intertwined. As NBA Chief Marketing Officer Tammy Henault put it:

“K-pop continues to be a cornerstone of music and culture, and we’re excited to collaborate with ENHYPEN on a compelling fusion of sports and entertainment that speaks to so many of our fans around the world.”
