Stray Kids at Oracle Park, San Francisco

On May 28, Stray Kids arrived at their second North American stop—Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. Fans (known as STAYs) from all over the Bay Area filled the stadium, dressed in themed outfits and waving lightsticks in unison. Both longtime and new fans came together, creating an atmosphere buzzing with anticipation. Dressed in all white and accompanied by dancers styled as a marching band, the group made a grand entrance. The concert opened with Mountains from their 2024 album ATE, followed by Thunderous from their 2021 album NOEASY—a high-energy start that set the tone for the night. With seven years of music under their belt, Stray Kids had a vast discography to choose from. Their setlist struck a thoughtful balance between newer tracks and fan-favorite classics. Here are some of the standout performances from the San Francisco show:

Domino: Originally from their NOEASY (2021) album, Domino remains a crowd favorite. With its punchy synths, fast-paced rap, and synchronized choreography, the audience couldn’t help but chant along with infectious energy. Notably it may have been one of the stages with the loudest fan reaction from San Francisco Stays.

Giant : Performed in Korean for the first time in North America, Giant impressed with its live band arrangement, striking choreography, and powerful vocals. As orange light sticks lit up the stadium, the nod to the San Francisco Giants’ colors felt perfectly symbolic.

Walking on Water

From their 2024 Mixtape: HOP, Walking on Water introduced early 2000s hip-hop vibes, offering a refreshing change in tempo and mood. Fans definitely enjoyed the dancing and overall stage with this song, as they matched the band’s energy and singing.

S-Class and Chk Chk Boom

These fan favorites from 2023 and 2024 featured bold beats, slick production, and choreography that gained popularity through viral TikTok challenges. During Chk Chk Boom, Bang Chan pointed his mic at the crowd, grinning proudly as fans sang his verse with confidence—highlighting the group’s strong connection with STAYs. During S Class, the crowd roared with excitement showing how well received the stage was for this song. Especially during their dance break, member Hyunjin had a center position and showed off his dance part which was thoroughly enjoyed and executed smoothly.

Sentimental Highlights

Production value peaked during LALALALA with a dazzling fireworks display. A heartfelt contrast followed with Cinema, a duet by Seungmin and Lee Know. The screen displayed the names of fans, accompanied by more fireworks—adding an emotional and memorable touch. Older stray kids songs such as My Pace, Miroh and Hellevator brought back the stray kids nostalgia from their earlier days as they performed on the extended stage and also toured around the stadium in giant carts looking and waving at fans in the stadium.

The show also featured medleys by Stray Kids’ dancers and live band, delivering a rich and dynamic concert experience that showcased the group’s versatility and artistry through intermission medley covers of stray kids songs. Stay Kids themselves later on introduced the talent to fans and showed their gratitude with thank yous.

To close the evening, fans surprised the group with a touching video project. STAYs shared stories about how Stray Kids inspired them to follow their dreams, offering hope, comfort, and encouragement in difficult times. The members watched intently, visibly moved by the messages and fan-submitted photos.

A Message from Bang Chan

Leader Bang Chan took the mic to respond:

“The name 'Stray' can mean lost—you don’t know what you want in life or what your dreams are. But seeing the videos you prepared, knowing that you’re following something you want to do, and hearing that we helped you make those decisions or motivated you—that means so much to us. No matter who you are, where you’re from, or how old you are, the fact that we’re all here sharing the same energy is really touching. Whatever your dreams may be, I hope you achieve them. We’ll be here, cheering for you.”

Be sure to catch the rest of Stray Kids’ 2025 DominATE World Tour in a city near you—an unforgettable experience awaits!
