Jung Yong-hwa Releases 3rd Mini Album "One Last Day"

Jung Yong-hwa has returned with his third mini-album "One Last Day," on July 3, marking a significant milestone as he celebrates his 10th anniversary as a solo artist.

Released approximately two years after his 2023 album "YOUR CITY," this latest work demonstrates the clear musical growth and maturation of the versatile performer. The album captures fleeting moments that one wants to preserve in our fast-paced world, showcasing Jung Yong-hwa's evolved artistry and deeper emotional expression.

The album's central concept revolves around "space" -- symbolizing Jung Yong-hwa's endless musical possibilities and expandability like the universe itself. This thematic framework creates a special space where his inner artistic self and his connection with fans reside.

The title track "Night Runner (Shooting Star)" serves as a pop genre centerpiece, featuring lyrical piano melodies and guitar sounds that evoke the emotion of night, while metaphorically depicting a celebrity's life as a shooting star that brings strength and dreams to others.

The accompanying music video, shot entirely in New York, cinematically captures his journey of self-exploration while chasing a symbolic light through the city's nostalgic nightscape. This visual narrative complements the album's themes of accepting past, present, and future while rediscovering passion and comfort, ultimately proving Jung Yong-hwa's infinite potential in his unique musical universe.

Jung Yong-hwa's role as producer highlights his comprehensive artistic vision, as he led the entire production process and participated in writing all songs except the instrumental piece. The seven-track album showcases Jung Yong-hwa's range through diverse musical styles and themes. Beyond the title track, it includes an instrumental opener "INTRO," the space-themed love song "WOULD YOU," the bittersweet "Almost Forever," the alternative R&B "Espresso Martini," the upbeat "Love me baby love me (LMBLM)," and the Lo-Fi influenced "RED." Each song is imbued with Jung Yong-hwa's deep emotions and reflects different aspects of love, longing, and personal growth.
