VCHA Rebrands as GIRLSET Beginning a New Era with Four Members

On August 6, fans of the JYP Entertainment and Republic Records girl group VCHA were met with a surprising yet exciting change—the group’s official social media accounts rebranded under the new name GIRLSET, signaling a fresh start.

Along with the name change, a new logo was revealed and a striking visual teaser titled "GIRLSET FILM" was uploaded to their YouTube channel, hinting at a bold, mature direction for the remaining members: LEXI, CAMILA, KENDALL, and SAVANNA.

The "GIRLSET FILM" teaser presents a striking shift in the group’s image. Gone are the bright, youthful aesthetics of their debut era—instead, the video introduces a more sophisticated and introspective mood. The girls wear full suits while clips of smeared lipstick, a stamped passport, and a stark red background suggest themes of growth, resilience, and global ambition. The imagery appears to reflect a group that has faced challenges but is ready to redefine themselves. The video concludes with the message:

"We're setting who we are."

While no official comeback details have been released yet, the rebranding suggests that GIRLSET will embrace a more mature sound and concept.
