The Jpop/Kpop group cosmosy has released their first EP album "the a(e)nd" on September 24.
"the a(e)nd" is an album like a gate to a new world cosmosy is about to open.
There are six tracks on the EP including 3 previously released singles 'BabyDon'tCry=BreakingTheLove,' 'zigy=zigy,' and 'Lucky=One.' Each song is connected to one of the "six senses," and the album narratively depicts the members' journey of awakening each of their senses.
Embracing both the beginning and the end, as well as the conflicts and growth in between, this album offers the most three-dimensional representation of cosmosy's worldview and musical identity.
The newest title track 'HIGH=LOVE' is a modern electronic track combining Brazilian phonk rhythms and trap bass 808s. It begins with a gentle melody, gradually building to a powerful rhythm. The resonance of the traditional Japanese "taigo" drum adds a touch of grandeur to the song. The lyrics, reminiscent of a commercial for a love-finding app, go beyond simple romance and present a new definition of love.

The other new title track 'Princess=Kiss' is a modern Snap track, reimagined with repetitive percussion and melody, centered around trap drums and powerful bass. The distinctive "Snap" rhythm adds to its aural addictiveness. Beginning with spacious synths and ambient moods, the track gradually intersects with powerful beats and emotional melodies, maximizing immersion. Like a "lip gloss commercial" that opens your eyes to new worlds and experiences, it symbolizes a moment when you transcend the limitations of everyday life.
