On September 1, composer, singer-songwriter DIALOG released his first EP album "basecamp."

basecamp is a 6-track ep crafted with vintage textures. Each song carries its own mood and emotion, yet all are tied together by the unified sensibility of DIALOG's voice. basecamp is a heartfelt record about finding "love" as a place of refuge amid life's rough climb. From the freshness of morning ('morning twist') to the quiet of night ('campfire'), each track captures a moment of strength, longing, and courage. Musically, it blends surf rock, folk, and dream pop, wrapped in a warm vintage feel.

'morning twist' is a retro-inspired dance track with an uplifting groove. Like waking up to a bright morning next to someone you love, every step feels like dancing through the day.

'boyscoutis an energetic rock number that bursts open with a guitar solo. Life can be exhausting and lonely, but with you, I can find the courage to go anywhere.

'basement' is a chill, groovy beats meet the heart of the album's story. This track paints love as a safe haven a place to rest, wrapped in warmth all day long. 'doodle' is a lo-fi indie pop song with a tender, poetic feel. Like sketching little hearts in the margins, it's a quiet plea: "Tell me you love me, every single day." 'pajama party' has a breezy and coastal in sound, this chill track invites you into the dream garden built just for you, full of love and laughter. Finally 'campfire' is a calm, intimate closer with a warm vocal tone. Even if the flames of love fade, I'll remain as its lasting warmth.
