DAY6 Releases 10 Year Anniversary Album "The DECADE"

 released their new full-length album The DECADE and its title tracks "Dream Bus" and "INSIDE OUT" on September 5.

The full-length album that captures the 10 years of their career since their debut on September 7, 2015. Their fourth full-length album, released approximately five years and 11 months after their third full-length album "The Book of Us: Entropy" on October 22, 2019, is named after the English word for "decade," implying a special meaning.

DAY6 has built a diverse filmography, exploring diverse stories from around the world and singing about love. The members' honest feelings and delicate emotions, expressed through their music, resonate with listeners, allowing them to reminisce about the past, dream of a new tomorrow, and empower them to rise again. Their fourth full-length album, crafted from a collection of affectionate phrases, showcases their even more mature speaking style, captivating listeners.

The DECADE includes the title tracks "Dream Bus" and "INSIDE OUT," as well as "Don't Rise When the Sun Rises," "Disco Day," "My Way," "In Front of the Stars," "Take All My Heart," "Fly! Dream Rider," "It's Finally Over," and "Our Season," for a total of ten tracks. Through this new album, imbued with message and sound, the members showcase a vibrant palette of music, showcasing a wide musical spectrum.

The title track "Dream Bus" conveys a determination to hold on to dreams, like a tightly held bus handle, even in the midst of a dry and hectic reality. Its pop-punk sound and melodic chords evoke passionate yet warm emotions. 

Another title track, "INSIDE OUT," captivates with lyrics that boldly express love without hiding it. The composition, which begins with a simple, vintage Motown-style sound and explodes into a powerful alternative rock sound, draws listeners in.


The new full-length album, encapsulating DAY6's joys and sorrows, exudes a warm texture. Their musical journey, which begins anew at "The DECADE," a stop where memories from the past decade are showcased, continues unabated.
