PLAVE Releases Korean Version of "Hide and Seek"

PLAVE, the revolutionary virtual K-pop idol group, released a new digital single, "숨바꼭질 (Hide and Seek)" on September 15. It is a Korean version of their Japanese debut single, "Kakurenbo (Hide and Seek)," which topped Japan’s major music charts, including Oricon Daily Single Chart, Oricon Weekly Single Ranking, Oricon Weekly Accumulative Single Ranking, and Billboard Japan’s Top Singles Sales and Hot 100.

PLAVE's signature musical color and lyricism even more vividly with Korean lyrics. The motif of "hide and seek" metaphorically captures the story of youth, unaware of each other's feelings, drifting parallel paths, and the sudden recurrence of fond memories, resonating deeply with listeners.

"Hide and Seek" captivates listeners with its striking guitar solo that connects the intro and outro, along with its beautiful, poetic lyrics. The protagonist of the lyrics, having followed the traces of "you," arrives at a place where he discovers a new hope in the name of "you." A youth wandering through memories.
