[Interview] ALL(H)OURS are Ready to be Your Champions

Group ALL(H)OURS is back with their fourth mini album, "VCF" — short for "Vibe Check Failed." Drawing inspiration from the viral social media phrase, the title perfectly encapsulates the group's fearless approach to their artistry. Like showing up to a party in the wrong dress code but owning it anyway, ALL(H)OURS are confidently charting their own path. Rather than chasing current industry trends, the septet focuses on highlighting their individual skills and collective charm. It's a bold statement of intent — a declaration that they'll keep pushing forward and overcoming obstacles by staying true to themselves.

The 'READY 2 RUMBLE' music video takes a playful and comedic approach as ALL(H)OURS faces off against an unlikely opponent: a roach. The visual follows the members as they undergo intense training montages, preparing themselves for the ultimate showdown. With exaggerated determination and entertaining choreography, the seven-member group tackles this absurd challenge head-on, blending humor with their signature performance energy. The concept cleverly mirrors the album's theme of tackling obstacles with confidence, no matter how unexpected they may be.

This mindset of self-determination extends beyond their music, as we discovered when we asked the members about their championship aspirations.

What is something you think each of the members could be the champion of?

XAYDEN: Can we talk about the area where we want to be the champion of?

KUNHO: Then let's go around, starting with me. I want to be known as the most handsome man in the world.

MASAMI: I want to be the champion of long legs, or best proportions.

YOUMIN: I want to be the best artist in the world, like Michael Jackson.

HYUNBIN: I want to be the champion at winning Min(ut)es' hearts.

MINJE: I hope to be named as the champion of all-rounder, exceling in everything I try.

XAYDEN: In terms of working on music, I want to be known as the champion of composition and lyric writing, whose every work becomes a hit.

ON:N: I want to be known as the cuteness champion out of all idols.

For your fans who might be facing their own battles—like exams or personal goals—do you have any “training tips" or words of encouragement you want to share from your own experiences?

XAYDEN: One message I want to say is to trust in yourself and have confidence in everything you do. For example, there are cases where you fix an answer because you feel unsure about your answer, but then it turns out the original answer you chose was the correct one. I think it's important to just believe in what you do with confidence. Fighting!

YOUMIN: I also agree that having confidence is important, but if I may add, I want to say that it's okay to be wrong. Even though you get something incorrectly or fail at something, it doesn't mean the end of the world; what's more important is to get back up again and put in consistent work. I think that would naturally lead to success, so I hope everyone to get back up again even after falling down.

HYUNBIN: And never forget, ALL(H)OURS is always next to you!
