The Kings have officially clocked back in. EXO are back with REVERXE, their eighth studio album and first full-length release in over two and a half years — and the return feels intentional, confident, and very EXO.

The era launches with “Crown,” a high-energy dance track built on Atlanta trap drums, sharp metal guitar riffs, and EDM synths. It’s dramatic in all the right ways, spotlighting the group’s powerhouse vocals while framing love as something sacred — a crown worth protecting. The newly released music video brings that message to life with cinematic visuals, intense choreography, and symbolic imagery that ties neatly into EXO’s ever-expanding universe.

Since debuting in 2012 with their lore-heavy sci-fi concept, EXO have mastered long-form storytelling. With REVERXE, they flip the idea of “reverse” into a reset — a new world, not a rewind. And Crown is only the opening move.

Before the album drop, fans got two very different previews: the emotional winter ballad “I’m Home” and the bass-driven “Back It Up,” hinting at the range and ambition packed into this new chapter.
