At the KSPO Dome in Seoul, K-pop legacy icon G-Dragon dropped what is considered breaking news to the industry during his recent 2026 G-Dragon Fam Meeting–BIGBANG is preparing to make comeback in 2026 to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Later, Galaxy Corporation reiterated the statement on Feb. 9.
“This year, BIGBANG will come back to coincide with our 20th debut anniversary,” G-Dragon shared at his recent fan event, expressing personal anticipation along with fellow members.
G-Dragon asked for patience as preparations continue, referencing the group’s 2018 single Flower Road lyrical message–“As spring is around the corner, please wait a bit more while taking a short rest along the flower road.”
Further details of the comeback timeline have not yet been disclosed.
