SUEN Releases First Full Album "In my room"

On February 13, rising artist SUEN has unveiled her first full-length album In my room., a 10-track exploration of modern romance told through the lens of digital-age intimacy. The album captures how a generation experiences love—through messages, emojis, and the emotional turbulence they bring—all from the confines of a small room.

A Love Letter to Digital Romance

In my room. mirrors the way young people navigate relationships today: hearts racing over a single text notification, emotions swaying with every emoji received. Beneath SUEN's cute and cool exterior lies a depth of delicate feeling, expressed through her sensitive and sensual vocal delivery over POP/R&B production.

The album showcases diverse rhythms representing various emotional states, paired with sophisticated melodies that trace the flow of feelings from infatuation to introspection. Producer Rhode provides the sonic foundation throughout, crafting atmospheric beats and synthesizer layers that complement SUEN's expressive range.

Standout Collaborations

SUEN enlisted an impressive roster of featured artists to help tell her story:

  • "Icy" (with BOBBY) - A collaboration with the iKON member bringing swagger to the tracklist
  • "메시지/Message" (with Gist) - Exploring communication and connection
  • "뭔데 이 감정?/What Is This Feeling?" (with Bang Yedam) - The former TREASURE member joins for an emotional duet
  • "Pew Pew!" (with HAON) - A playful track with the rapper
  • "Pastel Luv" (with Koo Junhoe) - A softer moment featuring the iKON vocalist
  • "키티/Kitty" (with TRADE L) - Closing the album with attitude

Standout solo tracks include the opening title track "room.", the flirtatious title track "Heart Emojis", the vibrant "버찌/Cherry", and the introspective "Shower".

"Heart Emojis" Visualizer

In my room. establishes SUEN as a distinctive voice in Korean POP/R&B, offering a relatable portrait of contemporary love with all its digital-age complications and tender moments.
