Interpark Music Plus to Debut Boy Group TRENDZ in January 2022


Interpark Music Plus, a subsidiary under the retail giant Interpark will debut their first boy group in January 2022. 

The company was called Interpark Academy, established in 2018. On July 21, 2021, Interpark officially announced that they had established a subsidiary label, Interpark Music Plus, for their idol group production business. Girl group Laboum transferred to the company the following September and began their promotional activities. 

The countdown to debut has begun as the seven male trainees in the company previously known as "Interboys," have revealed their official name to be TRENDZ. The members include Cho Hankook (leader), Lee Hanbit, Kim Donghyun, Lee Chunghyun, Lee Taehyun, Kim Eunil, and Jeong Yechan who plan to meet Kpop fans all over the world.

Since July, the group has been busy releasing performance videos and covers such as songs by BTS, NCT U, and Stray Kids, showing off their skills as emerging idols.
