On December 17, 2021, The 2021 KBS Song Festival (KBS Gayo Daejun) aired.

This year's event is hosted by Astro's Cha Eunwoo, SF9's Rowoon, and Seolhyun boasting their outstanding visuals. This is both Eunwoo and Seolhyun's second year hosting the festival and Rowoon's first, as he has been setting hearts ablaze with his role in the KBS drama "The King's Affection." The event was held infront of a live audience for the first time in 2 years.
The line up of performers includes KANG DANIEL, Kim Woo Seok, NU'EST, THE BOYZ, Red Velvet, BraveGirls, Sunmi, Seventeen, Stray Kids, STAYC, ASTRO, IVE, SF9, aespa, NCT U, ENHYPEN, OH MY GIRL, ITZY, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
