BPM Entertainment revealed, on the 18th in Los Angeles, USA time, that VIVIZ (members: Umji, Eunha, and Sinbi) will be releasing a remix version of the title track, “BOP BOP!” of their first mini-album, with the famous American DJ, Yves V, on the 28th at 12am KST.
Yves V is a DJ ranked 34th in DJ Mag’s DJ TOP100. He has produced alongside famous artists, including David Guetta, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, and is continuing his career, recently having released “Déjà vu” with INNA and Janieck.
The new version of “BOP BOP!” will be a part of VIVIZ’s “pre-debut” plan for their successful start in the US. An insider at BPM stated, “Currently, VIVIZ is planning to undergo a ‘pre-debut’ for a successful US debut ahead of signing a contract with a well-known American label, and is waiting for a US debut that is unprecedented.”
According to an industry insider, VIVIZ is said to be gearing up in their preparation for their entry into the US market, signing a contract with The Unit Label and proceeding with contract procedures with an agent, promoter, and publicist. The Unit Label was established in 2022 after being spun off from the group company in 2022 as a label that looks after various independent Asian artists and has joined hands with agencies, including Orchard Enterprise of Sony Music Group and UTA.
