About Jenny Lyric
Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Jenny Lyric is a name you might just have heard before. Having worked with some of the biggest names in the K-Pop industry, such as Ann One, Shin Insoo, and Joseph K, Lyric’s most notable venture comes from her work in Coco Avenue. Coco Avenue was dubbed as the ‘First Black K-Pop Group’ by media outlets such as NPR Radio, Buzzfeed, USA Today, and Vox.
After disbanding in 2017, Lyric set off to Korea to work with legendary K-Pop producer Shin Insoo on ‘Closer’, which became the firm foundation on which she would go on to build her solo career. The track was distributed through Warner Korea and 1theK and was the first breakthrough, with many to come, in Lyric’s solo journey.
With several upcoming releases slated for the summer of 2022, Jenny Lyric is poised to take her career to exciting new levels.
With each new track, Lyric’s blending of R&B and Pop, while adopting both English and Korean lyrics, effortlessly creates a fusion of genre and community.
