The band was officially invited to perform at Taiwan’s largest rock festival Megaport Fest, this year’s lineup boasting an array of local and international acts including Sunset Rollercoaster, Elephant Gym, Fire EX., and many more. After playing Kaohsiung, Lacuna is set to perform alongside Taiwanese dream pop starlet Wendy Wander held at The Wall Live House, an iconic indie/rock venue located in Taipei.
“We’re especially excited not only because it’s our first time performing overseas, but also because we know for a fact that the Taiwanese music scene is brimming with incredible artists,”
The 4-piece band remarked, adding that their two shows in Taiwan “will hopefully work out as a chance to reach more fans in various parts of the world.”
Lacuna have been steadily paving their way towards stardom in the Korean indie scene, leading a series of sold-out shows and putting their name on the lineups of prominent music festivals.
