JYP Entertainment Releases the First Episode of American Based Audition Program A2K

JYP Entertainment, the agency of well-known groups such as TWICE, Stray Kids, ITZY, DAY6, XDINARY HEROES, and of legendary groups such as the Wonder Girls, 2PM, and Miss A, has released the first episode of their latest survival show A2K (American 2 Korea).

A2K sets out to create a new girl group with only members from America, who will experience and debut through the Korean-style idol system and become a global K-pop group. 

JYP held auditions in 5 major cities in the United States, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles. From there the girls chosen will be put through a week-long training boot camp in LA. The final candidates will be sent to Korea to become the new girl group.

A2K will air at 9PM EST on Mondays and Thursdays.
