NCT’s TAEIL and HAECHAN released their new single, ‘N.Y.C.T.’ This marks the eighth song released under SM Entertainment’s ‘NCT LAB’ project. ‘N.Y.C.T’ is available now on various music sites including iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and more. Listen here and watch the music video here.

‘N.Y.C.T.’ is an R&B pop genre track that combines guitar, bass, and brass sounds with exciting piano melodies, and creates a romantic atmosphere, complimenting TAEIL and HAECHAN’s smooth vocals. TAEIL and HAECHAN participated in songwriting as a thank you to NCTzens, NCT’s loyal fanbase.

TAEIL and HAECHAN performed the track for the first time at NEO CITY : SEOUL – THE LINK +, a Seoul special concert of NCT 127's second world tour in October last year. This has been one of the highly anticipated ‘NCT LAB’ project by fans who have been waiting for its official music release.

'NCT LAB' has been reorganized into an independent music archiving channel solely for NCT. It is now separate from the existing public channel, SM 'STATION.' In addition to releasing music and music videos, there are plans for a compilation album release which would allow fans to enjoy 'NCT LAB' in new ways.

TAEIL and HAECHAN are members of NCT 127, who are set to release their new album, “Fact Check – The 5th Album”, on 6 October. The group recently released their documentary series “NCT 127: The Lost Boys” which is available to stream now exclusively on Disney+.

HAECHAN is also a member of NCT DREAM, who recently released ISTJ – The 3rd Album which entered the Billboard 200 at #28 on the 2 September chart. Both members also took part in the release of NCT’s most recent full group album, Golden Age – The 4th Album”.
