Rising R&B singer-songwriter Min Ji-woon has released her first mini-album, "Pink, then grey."

This album, Min Ji-woon's first since her debut, consists of six tracks, including the double title tracks "Scared of Love" and "Bye," that elegantly portray the diverse emotions and emotional journey of love.

Notably, Min Ji-woon personally participated in writing, composing, and arranging all the songs on this album. The album stands out for its storytelling, which naturally captures the beginning and end of love, as well as the emotional growth that follows, through the color flow from "Pink" to "Grey."

The title track, "Scared of Love," is a pop R&B track that melds acoustic guitar, heavy bass, and drums. It delicately portrays the excitement and anxiety felt through a new relationship. The deepening harmonies and heartfelt lyrics, along with a vintage guitar loop, harmonize with Min Ji-woon's vocals, further enhancing the song's immersive feel.

The other title track, "Bye," is an urban contemporary R&B track that combines weighty 808 bass, powerful kicks, and guitar with voice samples. Min Ji-woon's sensual melody complements the sophisticated sound of global production team 2DUMB, conveying a message of calm yet decisive separation, delivering a refreshing sense of liberation.

"Myspace," featuring Min Ji-woon's unique vocal tone over restrained drums and bass, delicately captures the excitement of a new beginning. "Always," a collaboration with producer PEEJAY, beautifully blends organic bass, refined guitar, heartfelt lyrics, and a dreamy melody.

Furthermore, "TBH," with its R&B and trap sound, wittily explores post-breakup emotions, while producer Purple's production enhances the song's immersive quality. "Go! (feat. CUBE)," with its evocative piano and drum melody, elegantly expresses the excitement of a new relationship, showcasing the synergy between Min Ji-woon and producer CUBE.

Meanwhile, Min Ji-woon, the first artist of SM Entertainment's contemporary R&B label KRUCIALIZE, has been creating his own musical color through his debut single 'Sentimental Love' in October 2024, followed by 'Someone' and 'If You Were The Rain (feat. Crush)', and he plans to showcase an even wider musical spectrum with deeper emotions, excellent songwriting, and an attractive voice.
