The New Malden K-POP Awards is an annual celebration of Korean pop culture, hosted in New Malden, home to the largest Korean community in Europe. First launched in 2024, the festival aspires to establish New Malden as the UK's premier K-Culture hub.
Join us at the New Malden Methodist Church for a spectacular celebration of K-POP and K-Culture! This exciting two-day event, scheduled for August 30-31, 2025, promises to be bigger and more vibrant than ever, showcasing incredible talent and the dynamic K-Culture community in the UK. Proceeds from the New Malden K-POP Awards are dedicated to building the New Malden Art Centre, a permanent cultural venue, and enhancing the local community’s cultural infrastructure, ensuring the festival’s impact lasts far beyond the event itself.
Event Schedule
Saturday, August 30 — Semi-Finals 
Rising stars will compete in vocal and dance semi-final rounds, bringing their passion and energy to the stage.
Sunday, August 31 — Grand Final & Awards Night 
The finalists will go head-to-head for the coveted crown, followed by the New Malden K-POP Awards Ceremony. Enjoy thrilling performances, guest stages, and celebrate the winners in style.
