Amazon Music is introducing a new artist tour merch experience through a collaboration with LE SSERAFIM for the North American leg of their first-ever world tour, 2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT.’ This collaboration introduces innovations that fundamentally transform how fans interact with and purchase tour merchandise. From advanced shopping technology to exclusive designs and fan experiences, Amazon Music is creating a new way for fans to connect with their favorite artists through merch.
The LE SSERAFIM collection features exclusive, never-before seen designs inspired by the fearless K-pop girl group’s distinctive style, including t-shirts and long-sleeve shirts, a hoodie, bags, collectible card sets and pickets, as well as the official light stick and decorative bands. Items are available for fans to shop globally through LE SSERAFIM’s online storefront powered by Amazon Anywhere tech, where Prime members can enjoy fast and free shipping.
Fans can also shop the collection at the merch booth in every venue on tour and at special pop-ups experiences this September. Amazon Music customers unlock exclusive benefits throughout their shopping journeys. At most venues, Amazon Music customers will enjoy priority line access to merch booths with their Amazon Music app - reducing long in-venue wait times. Beyond seamless shopping at the concert venues, Amazon Music and the fearless quintet LE SSERAFIM are creating immersive in-person experiences for fans to celebrate the collection. The collaboration includes two pop-up experiences where fans can shop select merch items in Culver City, California on September 11th and in Seattle on September 16th. These events will feature Amazon's Just Walk Out technology, transforming the traditional merchandise shopping experience into a frictionless interaction. With Just Walk Out technology, fans can grab what they want and get back in action, without having to wait in the checkout line. Each pop-up will offer city-exclusive tour shirts, creating unique collectibles that celebrate LE SSERAFIM's connection with each location.

The world tour serves as the grand finale to their album trilogy EASY, CRAZY, and HOT, all three of which debuted in the top 10 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
