SEVENTEEN's leader S.COUPS and MINGYU are the next unit to release new music, and the trailer looks like a summer party. Refusing to let summer go, the duo are set to make their unit debut as CxM (SEVENTEEN) with the release of their 1st mini album, HYPE VIBES, on September 29th. The trailer, which was teased today, was filmed in Los Angeles and sees the duo wandering aimlessly and freely through the streets of LA, living vicariously. Waking up dishevelled after a vibrant night out, the duo moves through their day with small yet lively moments, their natural cool blending with the city’s upbeat atmosphere. When the video closes at a beach party, the duo’s infectious energy radiates through a diverse crowd, embodying their free-spirited vibe and genuine connection with others. But that's not all; fans are also introduced to the boys' very own animated characters who playfully make their appearance throughout. Kuute and Mante are aliens who have journeyed to Earth and found joy and the ability to recharge through the power of music. Together the hip hop unit members are sure to have created nothing but fire and tracks that fully embrace what they’re known for: passion and determination. HYBE VIBES aims to represent CxM’s values of presenting their own rhythm and welcomes everyone to join them. What was originally intended as a single album, the unit decided to expand it into a mini album to offer a richer spectrum of music that celebrates the vibrancy of everyday life. This will excite fans further, especially since past hip-hop unit tracks like FIRE, LALALALI, and WATER have been nothing short of legendary. With sharp lyricism, dynamic beats, and moments that are embedded in CARAT history. Consistently demonstrated their musical range across a wide variety of releases, including the group’s discography, hip-hop unit projects, SVT LEADERS (S.COUPS, HOSHI, and WOOZI), and WONWOO X MINGYU.  Besides the Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss campaigns, the boys are also gearing up for the upcoming new world tour ‘SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW]’. The tour kicks off in Korea this month before heading to the U.S. with stops in Tacoma, WA (October 11); Los Angeles, CA (October 16 & 17); Austin, TX (October 21 & 22); Sunrise, FL (October 26 & 27); and Washington, DC (October 30).
