The label XGALX announced more details about the long-awaited debut of the girl group XG. Expected to debut on March 18, their first release will be “Tippy Toes”. Embracing a concept that mixes Hip Hop and R&B, the single will bring an addictive melody with powerful energy, including a whispered chorus, strong vocals, and dynamic rap to amaze all fans.
The girl group is the first artist to debut under the XGALX. The name of the group is an abbreviation for Xtraordinary Girls and it consists of seven members: JURIN, CHISA, HARVEY, HINATA, JURIA, MAYA, and COCONA. All of them have various talents in the musical area.
XG is already one of the most expected debuts of 2022. Fans have already started to support the group since January, when the official social media and the first teasers, including pictures and the names of the girls, were released and shared by netizens from all over the world. Now that the debut is approaching, the group is gathering more followers and supporters day by day, especially overseas fans.
The main video introductions of the group have currently surpassed 11 million views on YouTube. The septet has shown their abilities in both collective and individual music performances. Besides a cover of “Peaches” - a song by Justin Bieber - performed by CHISA and JURIA, another cover of “Chill Bill” - originally sung by Rob $tone - by JURIN and HARVEY, the group official channel also includes dance performance videos with bold high-level choreographies.
So far, there has not been much information about the members’ personalities, but fans are already curious to listen to the release and meet each of the girls that are part of XG. “Tippy Toes” will be available online on streaming platforms and, for the joy of collectors, on physical formats of CD and vinyl.
