The eager wait for BTS' J-hopes solo album Jack In the Box just got closer, the artist released the tracklist on July 8, 2021, 12pm KST. The album is set to be released on July 15, at 1 pm KST, and will have ten tracks including the pre-release single “More.”

The 90’s hip hop, single ‘More’ was released July 1, 2022 J-Hope surprised fans and critics alike with his new direction for chapter two. The song hit number one on the Itunes ‘Top songs’ chart in over 84 countries on iTunes chart and on the ‘Daily top songs global’ chart on Spotify. The high conceptual video has gained over 334 million views on YouTube (as of July 8 at 12pm.)

Lead track “Arson” will deal with the story of J-Hope coming out of the box and colliding with the world, expressing his anguish at the crossroads of choice. Both “More” and the last track “Arson” will act as pillars of the album, telling a story and conveying the core message of the album.

Pandora's box has fans speculating on its title and the greek mythology story that accompanies how once the box is open, and evil cascades the only thing left is hope. The album is to showcase a dark side to the multi-talented Idol, following his previous successful release of Hope world in 2018, Jack in the box aims to highlight the diverse side J-hope has been wanting to show more.

Earlier this week a visual teaser was released titled "Hope In the Box", the 23-second clip saw an eerie box cranked slowly accompanied by a creepy melody. "Are you just going to stay in the box?" Hope captioned on his Instagram alongside #Hopeinthebox. Alongside this, he teased lead track "Arson" by silently lighting a candle, whilst intensely watching the camera before it flickered out.
