BTS' SUGA Announces Three Shows for Agust D tour: The Final in Korea this August


Suga (BTS) surprised fans on the final stop of his phenomenal D-Day tour, the weekend saw Suga (Min Yoongi) perform two dates in Seoul. Before his final song “The Last” the rapper playfully revealed a sign behind him that looked like something a fan would make. The 90’s fan-inspired sign was revealed to the cheers and shrieks from ARMYS across the world. Although as usual hints were given leading up to the revelations, “Who knows in 3 years I might do another solo tour, or maybe next time I’m onstage there should be seven of us right?”

From August 4-6, the Olympic Gymnastics Arena (KSPO Dome) will host the tour's encore. Fans can purchase tickets for the event both online and offline. Min Yoongi has been a shining star of the tour, impressing fans with his amazing performances and infectious joy. His new music has brought him peace and showcased his musical diversity, further highlighting his powerful stage presence. During the Seoul stop, fans were treated to brand-new outfits designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, the creative director of Maison Valentino. The black suit included a matching Rockstud spiked jacket adorned with the iconic Rockstud detail of the fashion house.

The D-day tour kicked off in April after the release of the third album 'D-Day', which was well-received and presented a powerful emotional narrative from beginning to end. Throughout the tour, inside jokes with Suga and ARMY were shared providing a much-needed sense of fun, reassurance, and excitement for both the artist and the fandom. 

During the Seoul show, a guest appearance from PSY performing “That That” prompted cheers and enthusiastic joint choreography from the crowd. On Sunday, the Maknae line showed up to support their Hyung. The never-ending speculation grew over onstage guests including the anticipated “Tony Montana” feat JiminIU, and Woosung (The Rose). The encore final has given fans hope that it may finally become a reality.

With the tour selling out in record-breaking time no doubt fans will rush to see the finale of what has been a landmark and fun chapter in the Agust D trilogy.
