Seventeen Set to Make Debut History at Lollapalooza Berlin

European carats, the time has come. K-pop superstars Seventeen will be making their debut appearance in Berlin this September. The 13-piece will perform at Lollapalooza taking place at the Olympiastadion and OlympiaParkin Berlin.

K-pop has started to exert its dominance over summer festivals, especially Lollapalooza with Seventeen becoming the first K-pop group to headline the Berlin festival. They join fellow labelmates Tomorrow X Together and J-Hope, who made history as the first K-pop group and soloist to headline Lollapalooza Chicago. New Jeans became the first girl group to headline, and Stray Kids took the stage by storm for Lollapalooza in Paris. This January also saw The Rose and Eric Nam headline and entertain crowds in India.

Last September, in excellent festival weather, more than 60,000 Lollapalooza Berlin fans each day enjoyed unique open-air moments in Berlin's Westend last Saturday and Sunday. Acclaimed acts like Mumford & Sons, Imagine Dragons, David Guetta, Ava Max, Macklemore, Jason Derulo, Zara Larsson, and many more crowned this year's festival summer with their unforgettable performances.

On Sunday evening, the iconic festival announced the date for the next edition: Lollapalooza Berlin will return to the Olympic Stadium and Olympic Park Berlin on September 7 and 8, 2024. All fans of the festival can now buy tickets for the eighth Lollapalooza Berlin. Today at 12:00 pm, the presale for the limited early bird tickets starts. Tickets and information on other ticket categories are available at www.lollapaloozade.com/tickets.

The group have had a whirlwind past 12 months, producing and releasing their two incredible mini-albums “Seventeenth Heaven” and April’s mini-album “FML” which broke pre-order records. Exceeding the 4.64 million pre-orders in Korea and internationally, and coming off their successful Follow To Japan tour last December. If that wasn't enough, the group announced Follow Again, which will be the new encore leg of their Asian tour. March and May will then return to Incheon, Seoul with four additional show dates in Japan.

Seventeen will join headliners such as One Direction stars Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Sam Smith, and The Chainsmokers.
