With the show set to begin in July, it's auditions round began this weekend. Last night saw night 1 of the audition process take place, with night 2 scheduled to take place from 7:00 p.m. KST tonight.
Some of the biggest bands in South Korea, including ONEWE, W24, and TRIBE, will take part.
From this audition process, the videos with the most likes (which will be uploaded soon), will be invited to take part in the show proper, beginning in June.
The name "Great Seoul Invasion" is taken from the "British Invasion" of British bands and pop music of the 1960s onto the global stage.
47 bands will take part in the auditions round.
